Rob was born in California, grew up in Arkansas, and is now a proud resident of Tacoma. He enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and supporting the local arts. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public relations. Currently employed at Fred Hutch Cancer Center in Seattle, he hopes to use his degree to help advance the research for a cure and vaccine for HIV/Aids. As a social justice advocate he strives to live by his personal mission statement: “To live authentically and bravely, promoting full equality for marginalized people especially the LGBTQ community, and focus on helping others reach their full potential and encourage them to live authentic courageous lives.”
