RC Late Nights: Interrupting Oppressive Moments

May 10, 2017 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Rarely is it easy or comfortable to stop and discuss oppressive moments — but challenging the interpersonal interactions that silence, stereotype, police, and put others’ safety at risk is crucial to changing our society and making the environments we engage with more safe and intentional for people who face marginalization.

Join the Rainbow Center on Wednesday, May 10 from 5:30 – 7:00 PM as we provide tips on how to identify and interrupt oppressive moments, and how to better hold ourselves accountable.

About RC Late Nights

Each week on Wednesday we have a new night of programming at the RC. Presentations, classes, arts & crafts, discussions, field trips, and more! Join us, you might learn something new!
