RC Health and Wellness Late Nights- Yoga

This health & wellness late night will involve gentle yoga, led by Kevin from Samdhana-Karana Yoga. We will engage in a light practice together discuss the health benefits of practicing yoga. We will focus on being in tune with our bodies and listening to what we need. Please join us for a relaxing, revitalizing, and peaceful night! Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own as well 🙂
Each week on Wednesday we have a new night of programming at the RC. Presentations, classes, arts & crafts, discussions, field trips, and more! Join us, you might learn something new! Health programming will occur the third Wednesday of each month.
