Human Rights Campaign
 
The Human Rights Campaign, the largest national lesbian and gay political organization, envisions an America where lesbian and gay people are ensured of their basic equal rights -- and can be open, honest and safe at home, at work and in the community. HRC has more than 360,000 members, both gay and non-gay -- all committed to making this vision a reality.
Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund
 
 Washington state's page on the Lambda site deals with our anti-discrimination, domestic partnership and marriage laws, etc.  A valuable resource for what's happening!

National Youth Advocacy Coalition
The National Youth Advocacy Coalition (NYAC) is the only national organization focused solely on improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth through advocacy, education, and information.  NYAC's Information Clearinghouse is the national clearinghouse of information on issues affecting LGBT youth.  Clearinghouse staff provide referrals, materials, resources and technical assistance to youth, advocates, educators, community members, policy makers, parents, and the media.
